Between 2017 and 2019, I served as the Education and Outreach Coordinator for the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel (OARC), an independent office of the Colorado Supreme Court.

I built and managed the OARC’s full stakeholder communication system — writing, editing, designing, and distributing all content through Mailchimp and official Colorado Supreme Court channels to 40,000+ attorneys and legal stakeholders across Colorado.

This work required translating complex regulatory processes into clear, actionable guidance across newsletters, press releases, feature articles, annual reports, and web content.

All content was produced between 2017–2019, prior to the availability of generative AI tools.

Recurring bimonthly stakeholder newsletters distributed to Colorado’s 40,000+ attorneys and legal professionals. Each issue was written, edited, designed, and distributed through Mailchimp — including content strategy, layout, and final publication.

Official stakeholder announcements distributed to attorneys, legal organizations, and prospective members of the Colorado Bar as part of the OARC’s bimonthly communication system.

Supported writing, editing, and strategy for the ABA’s national Path to Lawyer Well-Being report — one of the first initiatives of its kind addressing attorney mental health at a national level. Also produced annual reports and regulatory publications for the OARC and Attorney’s Fund for Client Protection. Each report (80–120 pages) was written, edited, designed, and published in both print and digital form.

Web content, educational resources, and digital initiatives produced to support attorney engagement and public-facing regulatory programs — including landing pages, FAQ resources, and long-form educational content.
