Zak Bratton is a customer support and customer success professional based in Pueblo, Colorado, with seven years of experience in the Colorado court system and five years running an independent consulting practice.

He served as Education & Outreach Coordinator for the Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, managing communications and educational programming for a statewide audience of more than 41,000 licensed attorneys. The self-service resources he built there remain in active use today. Before that, he served as Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator for the Colorado Judicial Branch, providing high-volume, direct assistance — in person, by phone, and by email — to people navigating the court system without an attorney.

In 2021, he founded Bratton Creative LLC, a consulting practice serving small business operators and solo founders with onboarding systems, messaging frameworks, and client-facing resources. That chapter is complete: the practice now operates in maintenance mode, supporting one long-term client and a free resource library that has been accessed more than 2,000 times.

Zak holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Journalism from Colorado State University Pueblo, where he graduated summa cum laude.

His background spans legal communications, regulatory outreach, client onboarding, and small business consulting — with one consistent thread: translating complex information into clear, actionable guidance for the people who need it most.
